Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to our review and acceptance.
• We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason without explanation.
• Your order is accepted and a contract formed when:
  • We confirm payment;
  • A receipt is issued; and
  • The item is marked as “Sold” in our system.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed per item, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout.
• We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards), subject to applicable fees.
• Payment charge: DAVIDSONANTIQUESCO. will appear on your statement.

Shipping & Risk

• Item is your responsibility from the moment we dispatch it.
• All items are professionally packed and shipped via trackable and insured couriers.
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• You must notify us before returning and use suitable packaging.
• Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was damaged or misrepresented.
• Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving and inspecting the item.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method used.
